Absolute Transparency – You can even take a tour of our factory and see windows being made for yourself. We can even take you to tour previous installs and current installs to see how we do things.
Your advisor is also your project handler, they won’t start ignoring your calls as soon as your order is through. They will be on hand to answer any questions and always available for coffee at our Benfleet showroom. You could even expect a biscuit, but you might have to be quick.
Our advisors were once fitters, so they have first hand knowledge on how the project will be finished and they’ll even be able to tell you where the waste goes and how we dispose of it too. For absolute peace of mind.
We only use our own fitting team. We don’t sub-contract our fitting out to other firms. You should always expect a Profile team and Profile quality.
Expect to pay a 10% deposit on the day you decide to sign up. The rest is payable when you are 100% happy. We call this the ‘Profile Perfect Promise‘.
Quicker production times. With manufacturing in house there’s no lengthly delays waiting on supplier deliveries and third party manufacture.
